Joey and his team at Focus Property Solutions have been working preforeclosures in Whitfield, Murray, Gordon and Bartow Counties in Georgia. What Joey has been noticing more and more each month, that the inventory has been getting smaller and smaller. What does this mean? For now, more people are staying in their properties. Foreclosures are on a downswing. When the pickings become slim, you really need to focus on being a different kind of problem solver.
Now, more than ever, you are going to need to get face to face with potential sellers
Perhaps this sends a shiver down your spine. Why? Is it because you have no idea what to say? How to act? Perhaps you are afraid of saying the wrong thing and blowing your chance to obtain a property? FEAR NOT! Joey is going to share with you, what he does everytime he goes and meets with a seller on Thursday, June 6th, 2019 at 6:30 PM at Hilton Garden Inn, 2343 Shallowford Village Dr, Chattanooga, TN.
Joey will share with you:
Come at 5:30 and join Joey in the hotel restaurant for dinner. He will answer your questions, and he will hang around after the event to answer more of your questions. You will enjoy Joey.
