This month's event will be held at 1238 Reeves Ave in East Ridge. This property is being rehabbed by Alec Anderson. It's a 3/1 1534 SqFt, built in 1955.

Currently Alec is cleaning up the property and debating whether to do a quick flip fixer-upper or doing a bigger rehab. Alec owned another property within sight distance of this property and visited this property as the family was having an estate sale. Alec made an offer and they accepted.
