Onsite Chattanooga visited this house in March, so it will be interesting to see the end product. Micah will be our guest host for this month, and he will tell you a number of unexpected twists that came with flipping this property. Micah will be focusing on the financial parts of flipping. The purpose of the group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with “hands on” access to real property.
