Chattanooga Real Estate Investors Alliance (Chattanooga REIA) is a real estate investors association dedicated to the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Whether you have been investing in real estate for years or are just getting started, Chattanooga REIA's mission is to help ensure your real estate investing success.
In order to achieve this mission, we provide our members with affordable, quality real estate investing education and frequent networking opportunities with other real estate professionals and service providers.

Chattanooga REIA Memberships for Individuals & Couples
Chattanooga REIA Silver and Gold Individual Memberships are for individuals, couples and families who want to participate within our organization as individual members rather than as a business. If you have a business you want to promote and market on ChattanoogaREIA.com and at our live meetings, please see our Silver and Gold Business Memberships.
Chattanooga REIA has two different types of membership for you to choose from, Silver or Gold, depending on your budget, how involved you would like to be with our organization, how much money you would like to save on training events and how much you would like to get paid for referrals. Silver Membership ($100/year)
is for individuals on a limited budget who still want to enjoy all of the benefits of Chattanooga REIA Membership. Silver Charter Members get:
- FREE admission to our Chattanooga REIA monthly meetings, special interest groups, networking events as well as online meetings and webcasts.*
- Save 20% or more on select Chattanooga REIA Training Seminars and Workshops.*
- Discounts on products and services from local and national vendors.
- Additional Silver Membership add-ons for adult members of the same household for $50 each.
- FREE Admission to our Social Networking Workshop ($100 value).
- FREE Admission to our New Member Orientation Workshop.

Gold Memberships ($300/year)
are for individuals, couples or family members who want to get the most out of their Chattanooga REIA Membership. Gold Charter Members get:

Chattanooga REIA Memberships for Businesses
Chattanooga REIA Silver and Gold Business Memberships are very similar to Silver and Gold Individual Memberships and are currently only $50 extra per year for a limited time only. Businesses get all of the same benefits as individual memberships with additional marketing opportunities with our organization.
Silver Business Membership ($150/year)
is for businesses on a limited budget who still want to enjoy all of the benefits of Chattanooga REIA Membership. Chattanooga REIA Silver Charter Business Members get:
- FREE admission to our Chattanooga REIA monthly meetings, special interest groups, networking events as well as online meetings and webcasts.*

Once you have joined Chattanooga REIA as a Silver Business Member, you need to complete our Silver Business Member Profile Worksheet and return it to our office ASAP so that we can list your business in our Business Member Directory and setup your 160 x 160 Rotating Banner Ad on our website. Gold Business Memberships ($350/year)
is for businesses who want to get the most out of their Chattanooga REIA Membership by participating in our organization as individual and a business. Chattanooga REIA Gold Charter Business Members get:
