This month’s Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG), hosted by Don DeRosa and Dustin Griffin, was be held on Tuesday, April 17, 2018 at a property managed by William Hart, of Networth Realty, located at 2724 Tupelo Street SE in Atlanta, GA.
William purchased this East lake property from the orginal owner to "pop-the-top" and double the square footage and turn the house into a 4 bedroom, 3 bath, 2,100 square foot home. The house is expected to be finished in May. Watch the replay to see the progress is coming along on this major rehab!

The Atlanta REIA Onsite Renovation Group (ORG) is an educational and networking group that focuses on the acquisition, renovation and retail resale (fix and flip) of single family residential homes. The purpose of the group is to allow both new and experienced rehabbers and investors to meet, network and share knowledge and experience with "hands on" access to real property.
The Onsite Renovation Group meets on the 3rd Tuesday each month at NOON at an active renovation site, build site or rental property which will vary from month to month.
